Started in 2004 as a golf promoter, TIG Sports has grown into a multi-sport company active in various sports including Beach Volleyball, Hockey, Rowing, Chess, Short Track, Formula 1, Sailing and Athletics.
A platform for all events, communication with stakeholders, requests for necessities, accreditation etc. The priority for TIG Sports was to professionalise and collect relevant data. The processes of the event organization had to be more streamlined and more efficient. The goal is time savings, structure in the processes, everything in one place, better insight into the project organization and costs, and prevention of noise on various communication lines. TIG Sports has consciously opted for its own system so that all information remains in-house, under its own management, and most importantly; it can be personalized. The organization of the events follows a certain process. External systems never match with this for 100%. This system must be intertwined with their own organization and working method.

Building a platform where various processes are automated. A first Minimum Viable Product has been chosen. Where the focus was on the basic functionalities to be able to organize the first events. Dashboard, flow of requests and accreditation. From there, work continues towards a complete platform.
TIG Sports had a good idea of which direction they wanted to go. This was worked out by the designer that the developers got to work with. In the coming period, the platform will be used in the preparations for various events. Then it can be assessed whether it works, whether the stakeholders are satisfied or whether things need to be adjusted.

TIG Sports has a Development as a Service agreement with Levarne, which means that in the coming months we will develop the MVP into a complete platform that matches current and future wishes from TIG Sports. For example, there must be an environment where external parties can register instead of TIG Sports doing this.
