The assignment was to develop a portal for bringing together the supply and demand of IT managed services and a portal for directing IT services. Both portals must be well designed, work intuitively and make it easy for the user to initiate and control a collaboration with a partner. Automating implementation and delivery is important. Iteratively improving contracting, onboarding and IT management is part of the assignment. Since PLTFRM is a startup, they have limited resources and a short time to validate the business model. What PLTFRM needed was an inspiring, fast construction of the first Minimum Viable Product.
PLTFRM opted for the Accelerator approach of Levarne to create an inspiring and relevant basis in a short time and with rich functionality. PLTFRM sets high standards and demands a high degree of quality. They also like to be frequently informed about the progress. The eagerness to learn and the pragmatic approach of the Levarne team in combination with the direction of PLTFRM ensured an intensive collaboration and an impressive end result. The team and the approach fit well with the start-up mentality of PLTFRM. Two successful and very useful portals were realized in a short time by choosing good building blocks and delivered at an acceptable budget.

The portals have contributed to the fact that 30 PLTFRM partners are connected within a short time and that the first customers are very enthusiastic about the services that PLTFRM offers. The backlog with new PLTFRM wishes is long, but with the foundations that have now been laid, the follow-up process is looked forward to with confidence.

Then a community where knowledge will be shared between customers and partners and where we will also share a lot of information.
