Introduction
The “Nationale Carrièrebeurs” is part of Memory Group, the market leader in the organization of career fairs and thus also the Nationale Carrièrebeurs. Matches are made between candidate and employer via the Match&Meet tool. If there is a match, an employer can invite a candidate for an interview. There are also various career-oriented and professional workshops.
The challenge
Candidates who go to a fair usually do not take their laptop with them. Memory therefore wants to have an app developed that allows visitors to have all information regarding their visit to the fair at their disposal. In addition, candidates must have insight into the matches they have with employers. On the other hand, there must be an opportunity for employers to come into contact with candidates and they must have the opportunity to print out an overview of which candidates they have spoken to.
The solution
Levarne has developed an app with all information about the fair such as the workshops, participating employers and educations and the latest news. Candidates can register for the fair via the app with which they receive a personal QR code, their entrance ticket for the fair. The core functionality Match&Meet is also integrated in the app. With which both candidates and employers can see who they have a match with, where the interview takes place and where the employer is located in the exhibition hall. For employers there is a possibility to start a chat with a candidate. With the scan functionality, employers can scan a candidate's QR code to keep track of which candidates they have spoken to.
