Introduction
Gymnaestrada is the largest non-competitive gymnastics event that attracts thousands of gymnasts from countries all over the world. The event is organized somewhere in Europe every four years. In 2023 it will be hosted in the Netherlands and the next edition will be organized in Amsterdam by TIG Sports.
The challenge
A registration system in which a country’s federation can register employees, groups and participants. This includes information per person about accommodation/catering/health. But also elements such as registering performances for a group with the necessary music and requesting the right materials that are needed for the performance.
The solution
Levarne has developed an environment with separate flows for employees, groups and participants. Each flow focuses on a different type of data, so the federation has an overview dashboard, access to staff registration, the registered groups and the costs. In the group flow, the group can register its participants, but also, for example, indicate which performances they are going to do and indicate all additional arrangements. Participants can also log in themselves and, for example, pass on dietary requirements, way of travel or overnight stays.
The value
This comprehensive registration system enabled TIG to collect all the necessary information from all parties involved. Since all information is collected within the same system, an overview can be obtained in a structured way, which makes the planning for the event a lot more efficient. This handy system is very valuable during the preparations for the World Gymnaestrada 2023.

The future
Levarne is currently working on the functionality to organize the specified performances in the most efficient way within the time schedule and halls of the RAI. Before the start of the event, there will also be the option of having the federations pay the booked costs with a link with TIG’s accounting program.
