Secureme2 is an online security company that offers network detection of cyber alarms. Secureme2 analyzes all network traffic within the IT-infrastructure, recognizes suspicious behaviour and instantly alarms when a company is at risk.
The challenge
The challenge is to make a redesign of the application in a way that the application works easily so they could analyze cyber alarms very quickly. There is also a need to make the management interface simplified and more intuitive.
The solution
Levarne looked at the following features: the management part (Partners, customers, users, sensors), de header, alarms, dashboard, reports and Guardian 360 and redesigned these features.
The value
By redesigning the application it is now more user friendly than before, which leads to a nice way of overviewing analyzes and gaining new insights. This results to a pleasant customer experience and it additionally creates the possibility to surprise SecureMe2 customers by working with a new innovative way so that new impulses can be given to business acquisition.
